At Trezor Fine Art Gallery, we understand that a fine art print is a significant investment. We take extraordinary care to ensure your artwork is protected from the moment it leaves the studio until it is safely in your hands.

1. Our Packaging Process

To ensure your prints arrive in pristine, museum-grade condition, we use a specialized packaging process:

  • Archival Protection: Each print is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to protect the delicate surface from scratches and moisture.
  • Heavy-Duty Tubes: We use high-impact, moisture-resistant shipping tubes with a wall thickness designed to withstand international transit.
  • Handling Instructions: Every tube is labeled with clear instructions for the recipient and the professional framer to ensure safe unrolling.

2. Processing & Lead Times

Because each print is custom-made, signed, and inspected by the artist, we do not ship “off-the-shelf.”

  • Standard Lead Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for printing, ink curing, and hand-signing.
  • Framed Works (Local only): If you have arranged custom framing, please allow 10–14 business days.

3. Shipping Zones & Rates

We ship locally from Cape Town and nationally across South Africa, as well as to selected international destinations.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your print is collected by our courier partners (The Courier Guy, Aramex, or DHL), you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number and a link to follow its journey in real-time.

5. International Duties & Taxes

For our international collectors, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

6. Insurance & Peace of Mind

Every shipment from Trezor Fine Art Gallery is fully insured. In the rare event that your print is damaged during transit, we provide a 100% replacement guarantee. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions on how to report shipping damage.
